Are you still applying for a leave, and your manager approves it ? A lot of organizations do the same today. Why ? Mainly because there is no better of doing it. But times are changing.
So we, at Eusiness sat down and talked about the players involved in the leaves management process and came up with a new next generation design. There are four main players involved – you, your manager, your colleagues, and your organization. If we had to solve this problem (to possibly auto approve your leave), we had to make sure that all these players are happy. Could we do it ? You betcha!
- Integrated artificial intelligent manager (AIM) auto approve your leaves (yes, don’t panic, old fashioned way still exists)
- AIM automatically sets up out-of-office on all your workplace profiles (e-mail, phone, chat, helpdesk etc.)
- AIM automatically notifies team members about your approved, upcoming leaves, sets up your backup for business continuity
- Manager and supervisor personal rule integration is available. E.g. manager saying person A and B can not take leave together, while there are organizations that say no leave for IT during Christmas week.
